Asia Commercial Joint Stock Bank (ACB ) has just announced the list of shareholders owning 1% or more of charter capital. Accordingly, as of February 30, 2024, there are 2 individuals and 3 organizations holding about 546 million shares, equivalent to 12.2% of the bank's charter capital.

On the individual shareholder side, ACB Chairman of the Board of Directors Mr. Tran Hung Huy currently owns more than 153 million shares, equivalent to 3.427% ownership ratio.

Mr. Huy's related parties are holding 367 million shares, equivalent to 8.218% of the capital. Thus, Mr. Huy and his related parties are owning a total of 11.6% of the capital at the bank.

Besides foreign shareholders, Prudential Vietnam Life Insurance Company Limited also has more than 69.4 million shares, equivalent to 1.555% of bank capital.

According to the management report for the first 6 months of 2024 published by the bank, there are still organizations and individuals holding more than 1% of charter capital that have not been mentioned.

Specifically, enterprises related to Chairman Tran Hung Huy are Giang Sen Investment and Trade JSC holding nearly 80.3 million shares, equivalent to an ownership ratio of 2.07%;

Van Mon Investment and Trade JSC has nearly 44.4 million shares, an ownership ratio of 1.14%. Bach Thanh Investment and Trade JSC has nearly 55.9 million shares, equivalent to an ownership ratio of 1.44% of capital.

Ms. Dang Thu Thuy's relative, Ms. Dang Thu, Deputy Director of Ho Chi Minh City Branch, also owns 46.1 million shares, equivalent to 1.19% of the bank's capital.
