Mr. Truong Gia Binh, Head of the Private Economic Department (Department IV), Chairman ofFPT Corporation expressed this view within the framework of the Ceremony to announce the model "Panorama of Vietnam's private economy" and launch the Executive Council and key personnel of the Committees organized by Department IV recently in Hanoi.

At the event, according to Mr. Truong Gia Binh, we are witnessing a new geopolitical picture, Vietnam is a safe destination. Vietnam is a special nation, having defeated the Yuan-Mongol army three times; Unifying the country many times with its strong will. Every time the country enters a dangerous turning point, the spirit and intelligence of the Vietnamese people shine.

"The General Secretary declared to the entire nation that Vietnam will be rich and prosperous. I think this is the fate of the country. Today's event can be seen as a new "Binh Than conference". If in the past, businesses went it alone, faced difficulties and had to bear them themselves, now, the difficulties of businesses are also the difficulties of the country", said Mr. Truong Gia Binh.

Private sector focuses on 3 numbers: 20/200/2000

According to him, the private sector's goal focuses on three numbers: 20/200/2000 with: 20 national projects, 200 national enterprises and the participation of 2,000 domestic and foreign intellectuals and businessmen.

"We will rely on each other – layer upon layer, not only domestic but also global talents. You will accompany us, in one way or another," Mr. Binh affirmed.

The Private Economic Development Research Board (Board IV) said that at the working session with Board IV, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh also emphasized that the panoramic model of Vietnam's private economy must be implemented substantially and effectively, mobilizing the combined strength of the private sector, contributing to bringing Resolution 68-NQ/TW of the Politburo into life.

The difference of the private economic panorama model compared to many other programs is that this is a gathering of the largest, most prestigious, and most standardized private business sector. The model will operate continuously, lasting over the years, not for group interests but for the responsibility of designing and implementing comprehensive solutions for the development of the economy and of each industry and each field.

This is an important step, aiming to detail the goals, values, and operation methods of the model, towards the first "Panorama of Vietnam's Private Economy" event, a major event of the model scheduled to be held on October 10, 2025 in Hanoi, associated with Vietnam Entrepreneurs Day.

After the Panorama of Vietnam's Private Economy held in October, the Committee and working groups under the model continued their annual and consistent policy and solution design activities to work with the Government, ministries, branches and localities to implement "Public-private national construction: Strong and prosperous" as the set goal.
