Petrolimex announced the decision to appoint the Group's Chief Accountant.

On October 1, 2025 in Hanoi, the Board of Directors (BOD) of Vietnam National Petroleum Group (Petrolimex/Group) held a ceremony to announce the decision to appoint Mr. Pham Van Quang to the position of Chief Accountant of the Group and transfer Mr. Nguyen Ba Tung to the position of Chairman of the Board of Members (BOD) of Petrolimex Construction and Trading Corporation (PGCC).

Member of the Board of Directors, General Director of Petrolimex Luu Van Tuyen presented the decision and flowers to congratulate the new Chief Accountant of the Group and the new Chairman of the Board of Directors of PGCC.

Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee - Member of the Board of Directors - General Director of Petrolimex Luu Van Tuyen chaired the announcement ceremony with the participation of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, members of the Board of Directors, Board of Supervisors; Board of Directors; leaders of the Board of Directors and functional Departments/Departments of the Group.

At the ceremony, the Board of Directors of the Group announced Decision No. 1218/PLX-QD-HDQT on the transfer of Mr. Pham Van Quang, Chairman of Bac Ninh Petroleum Company, to the position of Chief Accountant of the Group from October 1, 2025; Decision No. 1169/PLX-QD-HDQT on the transfer of Mr. Nguyen Ba Tung - Chief Accountant of the Group to the position of Chairman of the Board of Members of PGCC from October 1, 2025.

Speaking at the ceremony, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee - Member of the Board of Directors - General Director Luu Van Tuyen congratulated the officers who were trusted by the Board of Directors to be appointed to important positions of the Group and PGCC; expressed his expectation that the professional qualifications and extensive experience through many years of working at Petrolimex will help Mr. Pham Van Quang and Mr. Nguyen Ba Tung promote their capacity, management level, sense of responsibility and culture of innovation to excellently complete the assigned tasks.

In their acceptance speeches, the new Chief Accountant of the Group Pham Van Quang and the new Chairman of the Board of Directors of PGCC Nguyen Ba Tung respectfully thanked the Group's leaders for their trust and confidence in assigning them this great responsibility; committed to maximizing their capacity and sense of responsibility to contribute to the success and development of the unit in particular and the Group in general in their new positions.
