(NLDO)- Feeling resentful and bitter at being reminded, feeling humiliated, bullying the weak... are among many answers to the problem of violent behavior.
The recent series of muscular delusions leading to random beatings has caused many faces that were once red as wine to immediately turn yellow as turmeric when faced with paying the price for their own stupid actions. The incident that happened at Nguyen Hue Walking Street on the morning of February 27 is a recent example.
Accordingly, a young man named H. and a girl brought two dogs to Nguyen Hue Walking Street. When they reached the area with the "no pets on the leash" sign, the security guard on duty reminded them, and both reacted and argued. Then, the young man took a metal bar and hit the security guard in the head, causing the victim to bleed and lose consciousness.
Where the incident occurred
In the story, the lack of awareness when participating in public spaces is clear. Dogs without leashes, without muzzles, brazenly leading them into prohibited areas has revealed a mindset that is both wrong and arrogant, disregarding community standards.
For personal arbitrariness, disregarding other people's safety concerns, betting on the wildness of animals with one's own social responsibility... such an expression can only come from a combination of pretense and childishness.
As for beating security guards, bullying the weak, being resentful, angry because of being lectured, feeling a loss of dignity... are 5 of the many answers to the problem of violent behavior. Those answers meet at a common point called "thugs" - thugs in both perception and behavior!
So why don't individuals with such condemnable thinking and behavior quickly face the law and receive appropriate punishment?
Of course, the authorities will not let this question hang for long! The problem is that from this handling, there should be measures including propaganda, warnings and deterrence so that individuals who deviate from the same standards as that young man can look at it and adjust themselves...
Taking the dog for a walk is understood to be a rather elegant habit. That habit is often understood to come from owners with a solid culture, adequate education, a gentle and relaxed life and a beautiful soul… and what happens next is unimaginable.
But, anyone can imagine and believe that civilized elements are always promoted and nurtured, and the spirit of respect for the law is a quality that exists in everyone...
