Temporary traffic diversion across 6 bridges in western Hai Phong

Hai Phong City Department of Construction temporarily diverted traffic on 6 bridges in the west of Hai Phong for repair, load testing and inspection to ensure safety.

Van Bridge at Km37+00 on Provincial Road 392 through Tu Ky Commune will be temporarily closed to traffic for bridge bearing installation.

The City Department of Construction has just issued Notice No. 346/TB-SXD on temporary traffic diversion, banning people and vehicles.
Traffic through Day bridge on provincial road 393 and Van bridge on provincial road 392 to serve the construction of replacing and installing bridge bearings.

Accordingly, for Day bridge at Km5+800 on provincial road 393 in Yet Kieu commune and Truong Tan commune: All motor vehicles with four or more wheels and specialized motorbikes are prohibited from passing through Day bridge from 18:00 on
September 13 to 6:00 a.m. September 16, 2025.

Vehicles traveling on provincial road 393 from Yet Kieu commune to Truong Tan commune and vice versa follow the route: Hanoi - Hai Phong expressway to the intersection of national highway 38B, turn right on national highway 38B for 8 km to the intersection of Bong station, turn right on provincial road 392 for about 6 km to the intersection with provincial road 393, turn right onto provincial road 393.

For Van bridge at Km37+00 on provincial road 392 in Tu Ky commune: all motor vehicles with four or more wheels and specialized motorbikes are prohibited from passing through Van bridge from 6:00 p.m. on September 18 to 6:00 a.m. on September 21, 2025.

Dividing traffic on provincial road 392 from Tu Ky commune to Vinh Lai commune and vice versa follows the route: provincial road 391 to the intersection with the East-West axis road, turn right on the East-West axis road for 9 km to the intersection with National Highway 37, turn right on National Highway 37 for about 5 km to the roundabout, turn right onto provincial road 392.

Huong Bridge at Km11+836 of Provincial Road 390 through Ha Bac Commune and Thanh Ha Commune

In Notice No. 347/TB-SXD, the City Department of Construction organized temporary traffic diversion, prohibiting people and vehicles from traveling through Ngoc Duong Bridge, Binh Bridge, Thai Quyen Bridge and Huong Bridge to serve load testing and inspection.

During the implementation process, all pedestrians and vehicles are prohibited from passing through the bridge during the load test for a maximum of 15 minutes/measurement. The load test process is repeated until the end of the work. After each load test, vehicles and machinery must move and gather in a location that does not affect traffic on the routes. During the interval between load tests, people and vehicles stop and wait to pass through the bridge.

The time for testing Ngoc Duong bridge at Km13+550, provincial road 391 in Tan Ky commune is from 22:00 on September 15 to 4:00 on September 16, 2025 and from 22:00 on September 16 to 4:00 on September 17, 2025. Binh bridge at Km3+340, provincial road 395 through Gia Loc commune is from 22:00 on September 17 to 4:00 on September 18, 2025. Thai Quyen Bridge at Km8+500, Provincial Road 392 through Duong An Commune and Nguyen Luong Bang Commune from 22:00 on September 18 to 4:00 on September 19, 2025 and from 22:00 on September 19 to 4:00 on September 20, 2025. Huong Bridge at Km11+836, Provincial Road 390 through Ha Bac Commune and Thanh Ha Commune from 22:00 on September 20 to 4:00 on September 21, 2025.
