The purpose of the online contest "Learn about social insurance and health insurance policies in 2025" in Lam Dong province is to raise awareness of people, employees and businesses about social insurance, health insurance (HI), unemployment insurance (UI) policies, contributing to promoting participation in social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance. The contest creates a useful playground, contributing to spreading information on policies and laws to help people access and better understand the new regulations on social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance policies that will take effect from 2025. Promote propaganda on social networking platforms, expanding the scope of reach to more audiences.
According to the Organizing Committee, the Contest is one of the creative and effective solutions in communication work, especially in Lam Dong province, the province with the largest natural area in the country.
The contest "Learning about social insurance and health insurance policies in 2025" is not only a knowledge playground, but also an effective propaganda channel, bringing social security policies closer to the people.
For the contest to be a great success, I believe and have great expectations for the participation of the Lam Dong Provincial Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department in orienting the propaganda policy of the Labor Federation in mobilizing union members and workers to participate and the Department of Home Affairs and the Department of Justice in spreading the contest to civil servants, public employees and people.

Speaking in response to the contest, Mr. Pham Duc Loc, Deputy Head of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of Lam Dong province, emphasized: “This contest is a meaningful activity, contributing to raising the understanding, awareness and responsibility of each citizen towards the social security policies of the Party and State. This is an effective propaganda initiative, bringing these important policies closer to all civil servants, public employees, workers and people in Lam Dong province. The Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of Lam Dong province will closely coordinate with the provincial Social Insurance and related departments to widely spread the contest. We will actively promote and mobilize cadres, party members and people from all walks of life to participate in the response, creating a vibrant learning movement, contributing to the overall success of the contest".
Contestants are Vietnamese citizens aged 15 and over; civil servants, employees working in agencies, units, organizations, associations, and enterprises in Lam Dong province. The contest takes place over 25 days (from 9:00 a.m. on August 6, 2025 to 9:00 a.m. on August 30, 2025). The contest will conclude and award prizes on September 8, 2025.

Individual award structure: 1 First Prize: 1,000,000 VND/prize + Certificate of Lam Dong Provincial Social Insurance. 2 Second Prizes: 700,000 VND/prize + Certificate of Lam Dong Provincial Social Insurance. 3 Third Prizes: 500,000 VND/prize + Certificate of Lam Dong Provincial Social Insurance. 15 Consolation Prizes: 300,000 VND/prize + Certificate of Lam Dong Provincial Social Insurance.
