Ede culture in cuisine
It can be said that, over the past years, Dak Lak province has focused on supporting the preservation of cultural villages, historical relics, cultural identities and traditional arts, creating conditions for the community to participate in community tourism activities, aiming to improve the material and spiritual life of ethnic minorities. From there, gradually changing the awareness and perception of all classes of people in the work of preserving and promoting the fine traditional cultural values of ethnic groups.
However, during the project implementation, the province still encountered some difficulties and challenges in purchasing costumes, props, musical instruments; sound and lighting equipment to meet the minimum needs of practice and performance with some specific requirements for each locality (according to the guidance of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism), so the implementation process still had certain limitations. Some localities did not have enough human resources to conduct scientific research on projects related to intangible culture and traditional culture of ethnic minorities, especially research on restoration, preservation and promotion of cultural values.
To overcome limitations and promote achievements, in 2025, Dak Lak province sets a goal to continue supporting the development of the community economy throughout the area, diversifying tourism products, serving domestic and foreign tourists. At the same time, the province aims to make tourism a key economic sector by 2030, developing sustainably, commensurate with the potential and available advantages of the central region of the Central Highlands.
