Approval of the position of Vice Chairman of Thu Duc City

TPO - The Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee has decided to approve the election results for the position of Vice Chairman of the Thu Duc City People's Committee for the 2021-2026 term for Mr. Do Anh Khang.

On the morning of June 12, the People's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City held a ceremony to hand over the decision to transfer and approve the position of Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Thu Duc City, term 2021 - 2026 for Mr. Do Anh Khang.

At the ceremony, Deputy Director of the Department of Home Affairs of Ho Chi Minh City Nguyen Thi Hong Tham announced the decision of the Chairman of the People's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City on approving the election results for the position of Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Thu Duc City for the 2021-2026 term for Mr. Do Anh Khang - Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Go Vap District.

Previously, on June 1, at the 11th session of the People's Council of Thu Duc City, Mr. Do Anh Khang - Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Go Vap District was elected to hold the position of Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Thu Duc City.

The transfer and approval of Mr. Do Anh Khang to the position of Vice Chairman of Thu Duc City People's Committee aims to perfect the Standing Committee of Thu Duc City People's Committee according to the special mechanism in Resolution 98 of the National Assembly .

Currently, the Standing Committee of Thu Duc City People's Committee includes Chairman Hoang Tung and 4 Vice Chairmen: Nguyen Bach Hoang Phung, Mai Huu Quyet, Nguyen Ky Phung and Do Anh Khang.

In his speech assigning tasks, Mr. Nguyen Huu Hiep - Secretary of Thu Duc City Party Committee hopes that in his new position, Mr. Do Anh Khang will continue to promote his professional strengths, stay close to the locality, and from there, together with the collective leadership of Thu Duc City, solve outstanding problems, while strengthening collective solidarity, contributing to building a clean and strong Party organization...

In his acceptance speech, Mr. Do Anh Khang promised to be determined to carry out the assigned tasks well, and to accompany the leadership of Thu Duc City to resolve the outstanding cases in the area; to build a united and strong collective, to successfully carry out the goals to turn the locality into the economic development nucleus of Ho Chi Minh City and the region.

Mr. Do Anh Khang was born in 1970, hometown Thai Binh province. He has a Bachelor of Law, Bachelor of Business Administration, Bachelor of Politics, Master of International Economics, and Senior in Political Theory.

Before being elected as Vice Chairman of Thu Duc City, Mr. Do Anh Khang had worked in the following positions: Vice Chairman of Go Vap District People's Committee, Head of Go Vap District Urban Management Department; Party Secretary, Director, Chairman of the Board of Members of Go Vap District Public Service LLC...
