According to the report of the Party Committee of Tay Yen commune (An Giang province), the commune currently has 94 cadres and civil servants; the Executive Committee consists of 22 comrades, the Standing Committee of 8 comrades; 40 party cells and grassroots party committees were established under the Party Committee of the commune. The working headquarters of the Party bloc and the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the commune are located at the headquarters of the People's Committee of Nam Yen commune (old). Regarding the congress preparation work, the Party Executive Committee of Tay Yen commune organized a conference to deploy the plan to organize party congresses at all levels, term 2025-2030; basically completed the political report of the commune Party Congress and the review report, draft resolution. The Party Committee of the commune directed agencies, departments and branches to review the resolution targets of the 11th Party Congress of the commune, term 2020-2025 to complete the report to send to the party cells for comments, synthesize and submit to the congress.

Dong Thai Commune (merged from Dong Thai Commune, Nam Thai A Commune, Nam Thai Commune). The Commune Party Committee has 53 branches and affiliated Party Committees with 1,190 Party members.
After the merger, Dong Thai commune has 89 cadres and civil servants. The commune is arranged with working headquarters in 2 places 12km apart. Specifically: The working headquarters of the Party, the Front, and mass organizations are arranged at the headquarters of the People's Committee of Nam Thai A commune (old); the headquarters of the State is located at the headquarters of the People's Committee of Dong Thai commune.
The Dong Thai Commune Party Committee issued a plan to direct the organization of congresses of affiliated Party cells and the Commune Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term; the commune completed the draft political report and resolution for the 2025-2030 term (The document has been consulted for the second time, and will continue to be completed and supplemented to prepare for the third consultation for complete revision).
After the merger, the Party Executive Committee of An Bien commune has 23 members; the Standing Committee has 7 members; the Party bloc has 22 members; the mass bloc has 23 members; the government bloc has 71 members. The total number of non-professional cadres of the commune is 40 people.
An Bien commune is arranged to work at the old An Bien district office. The headquarters of the Party and mass organizations of the commune are arranged together with the Party Committees and the District Party Committee Office (old); the People's Council, People's Committee, and Public Administration Center are arranged at the old district People's Committee headquarters.

Speaking at the meeting, Deputy Secretary of An Giang Provincial Party Committee Lam Minh Thanh suggested that the commune Party Committees need to develop plans from now until the end of the year. In the process of leadership, direction and operation, it is necessary to closely follow the Party's regulations and laws, but also need to be flexible and adjust the regulations to suit local realities.
In the coming time, the Party Committees of communes need to study and clearly identify the potential and strengths of the locality to promote the targets and resolutions of the Party Congress; maintain solidarity and unity within the organization, avoid the idea of "your house, my house", but consider this as "a common house", decisions must be made through collective discussion and debate.
In the process of leadership, direction and operation, there must be supervision, inspection and evaluation by the Party Committee and People's Council to ensure compliance with the principles of the Party and the State.
