Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee Deputy Secretary Dang Hong Sy visited and presented gifts to policy families in Ham Kiem and Tan Thanh communes.

On the afternoon of July 23, on the occasion of the 78th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs Day (July 27, 1947 - July 27, 2025), comrade Dang Hong Sy - Deputy Secretary of Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee visited and presented gifts to policy families and people with meritorious services to the revolution in the province.

Accompanying the delegation were comrade Pham Duc Loc - Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department; comrade Nguyen Thi Bong - Deputy Director of the Provincial Department of Home Affairs; leaders of the Provincial Party Committee Office and representatives of the local government of Ham Kiem commune, Tan Thanh.

The delegation kindly asked about Mrs. Le Thi Tam's health.

Mrs. Tam is the only daughter of 6 living children (she herself is currently serving a prison sentence), 5 brothers are martyrs

In Ham Kiem commune, the delegation visited the family of a martyr: Mrs. Le Thi Tam, Dai Thanh village (former Muong Man commune). It is known that Mrs. Tam is the only daughter of 6 surviving children (she herself is currently serving a prison term), 5 brothers are martyrs, her mother is a Vietnamese Heroic Mother (died in 2019); The delegation visited Vietnamese Heroic Mother Ho Thi Tu, Dan Hiep village, Ham Kiem commune.

Comrade Dang Hong Sy visited the Vietnamese Heroic Mother and encouraged her to continue living a healthy life, to be a spiritual support for her children and grandchildren to study and follow.

In Tan Thanh commune, the delegation visited the family of Mr. Nguyen Van Phu in Phu Sung village (former Ham Cuong commune), who is currently a war invalid and is worshiping two martyrs; visited Mr. Truong Thien Ly, a 61% war invalid, Hiep Nhon village, Tan Thanh commune (former Tan Thuan commune); visited the family of Mrs. Le Thi Hong, an 81% war invalid, father of a martyr; and visited the family of Mrs. Nguyen Thi Nam, who worships martyrs, all in Hiep Nhon village, Tan Thanh commune.

The delegation asked about and shared the losses the family had experienced.

At the places visited, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Dang Hong Sy and members of the delegation kindly inquired about the health and life of policy families, visited and encouraged Vietnamese Heroic Mothers, relatives of martyrs and wounded soldiers. Thereby, expressing deep gratitude for the sacrifices and great contributions of generations of fathers and brothers in the revolutionary cause.

The Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee hopes that authorities at all levels will regularly pay attention to supporting and fully implementing policies for people with revolutionary contributions.

At the same time, the Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee hopes that the families will continue to be shining examples in the locality of revolutionary tradition and patriotism. In addition, they should actively work and produce to get rich on their homeland, be exemplary in implementing the Party's guidelines and policies and the State's laws, and be a spiritual support for their children and grandchildren to learn and follow.

Comrade Dang Hong Sy visited and gave gifts to Mr. Truong Thien Ly, 61% disabled veteran.

He expressed his deep gratitude for the sacrifices and great contributions of previous generations in the revolutionary cause.

The Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee also quickly informed the families about the new two-level government apparatus and the changes in the current local government. Thereby, comrade Dang Hong Sy requested that the authorities at all levels regularly pay attention to support and fully implement policies for people with revolutionary contributions to compensate for the great sacrifices that individuals and families have made for the cause of national liberation and reunification.
