Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Dau Thanh Tung attended the grassroots party cell meeting.

Pursuant to Regulation No. 2866 dated September 27, 2023 of the Provincial Party Standing Committee on the participation of superior Party committees in grassroots Party cell meetings, on April 3, Comrade Dau Thanh Tung, Provincial Party Committee member, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee attended the regular Party cell meeting in April with Party cell of village 2, Thieu Trung commune (Thieu Hoa).

Overview of the meeting.

At the meeting, the representative of the Party Committee of Village 2 informed the Party members in the Party cell about current issues and internal information work; evaluated the results of leadership and direction in implementing tasks in the first quarter; and drafted a resolution on the implementation of tasks in April.

Accordingly, village 2 has successfully built a model new-style rural village and is currently continuing to build a smart village, so socio -economic activities and Party building in the village have achieved outstanding results. People have a good income from developing multiple industries, livestock, cultivation, mainly developing farms, fruit trees, services and trade. The village has a number of exported workers bringing in high incomes to the locality. The average income per capita in 2023 reached more than 61 million VND; the village has no more poor households; cultural and spiritual life has been improved...

Discussing and contributing opinions at the meeting, Party members of Village 2 Party Cell clarified the achieved results, pointed out the shortcomings and limitations, and agreed on the direction and tasks for April. The opinions mentioned improving the effectiveness of leadership, direction and operation of the Party Cell to maintain and improve the quality of the criteria for model new-style rural villages and the indicators of smart villages; paying attention to ensuring a green - clean - beautiful environment; investing in, maintaining and repairing the irrigation system serving agricultural production; increasing the time to provide information to Party members on Party building work, developing new Party members, developing key and key economic areas of the province and district; further promoting propaganda work on traditional village festivals to connect children far from home, strengthening internal solidarity to build increasingly developed villages and strong Party Cells.

Speaking at the meeting, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Dau Thanh Tung highly appreciated the seriousness of the Party cell members in implementing the meeting and their enthusiastic and responsible suggestions, contributing comprehensively to the issues in the village, commune, district and province. The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee informed the Party members about the outstanding results in implementing the tasks of economic, cultural and social development, ensuring national defense and security of the province in the first quarter of 2024, and at the same time informed about a number of key programs and projects that the province is implementing and requested the Party cell to closely follow the practical situation and propagate so that the people can understand and support.

The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee emphasized: As a model new-style rural village, it is having comprehensive development in the fields of economy, culture, society, national defense and security. This result clearly demonstrates the leadership role of the Party as well as the Party's correct policies on agricultural, farmer and rural development policies. Promoting the achieved results, in the coming time, it is recommended that the Party Committee and Party cell of Village 2 continue to promote the tradition of solidarity, further enhance the role and responsibility of leadership and direction in implementing the political tasks of the village; have correct decisions to guide and help the lives of the people in the village to develop further. Party members continue to uphold their responsibilities, maintain and improve the quality of Party cell activities, especially mobilizing people to well implement the goals and tasks set out in the Party cell Resolution; maintain a coordinated relationship with other village Party cells in the commune so that the implementation of tasks is synchronous and effective.
