Vice Chairman of Phu Tho Provincial People's Committee and 7 department leaders asked for early retirement

Kinhtedothi- Phu Tho Provincial Party Committee commended 8 pioneering and exemplary cadres in streamlining the organizational apparatus when they applied for early retirement, including Mr. Nguyen Thanh Hai, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.

On the morning of February 20, the Phu Tho Provincial Party Committee announced that to facilitate the province in arranging and streamlining the organizational apparatus, many leaders of Phu Tho province asked to retire ahead of schedule.

In addition to Mr. Nguyen Thanh Hai, Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, there were also Mr. Nguyen Van Manh, Director of the Department of Education and Training; Ms. Pham Thi Kim Loan, Chairwoman of the Provincial Women's Union and 5 leaders of departments and branches under the management of the Phu Tho Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee who applied for early retirement.

Eight individuals were also awarded certificates of merit by the Phu Tho Provincial Party Committee for their pioneering and exemplary role in implementing the organization and streamlining of the apparatus according to Resolution No. 18-NQ/TW.

The Chairman of the People's Committee of Phu Tho province has decided to award the Hung Vuong commemorative medal, the province's noble reward, to the above 8 individuals for their many achievements and contributions to the cause of building and developing the province.

Phu Tho Provincial Party Secretary Bui Minh Chau affirmed that streamlining the organization and apparatus is a particularly important task, a very difficult, sensitive, and complicated job that directly affects each person.

In the process of streamlining the apparatus, Phu Tho Provincial Party Committee decided to establish Party Committees of provincial Party agencies, Provincial People's Committee Party Committee and merge the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department and the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Department into the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department.

According to the above decisions, Mr. Phung Khanh Tai, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, was appointed to hold the position of Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial Party Committee; Mr. Bui Van Quang, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, held the position of Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee; Mr. Vi Manh Hung, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department, held the position of Head of the Provincial Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department.
