On the morning of November 8, under the chairmanship of comrade Do Minh Tuan, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, the Provincial People's Committee held a conference to listen to reports on the preparation and coordination of the live TV broadcast to celebrate the 70th anniversary of the Northward Rally. Implementing the direction of the Central Propaganda Department on organizing a live TV bridge to celebrate the 70th anniversary of the Northern Rally (1954-2024), Vietnam Television will carry out an art and political exchange program called "A common Vietnamese foundation", at 3 locations: Ca Mau , Thanh Hoa, Hai Phong. The program will be held at 8:00 p.m. on November 16, 2024, broadcast live on VTV1 channel, Thanh Hoa Radio and Television Station, rebroadcast on local Radio and Television Stations and broadcast on digital platforms.

The program was organized to widely propagate and raise awareness among cadres, party members and people about the Party's correct and wise guidelines and leadership in the long-term resistance war, the struggle for national liberation, especially the policy of bringing compatriots, cadres, soldiers and students from the South to the North to continue studying, in order to train cadres for the long-term revolutionary cause. This is also an opportunity to honor the great contributions and affection of the Party Committee, army and people of Thanh Hoa province to compatriots, cadres, soldiers and students from the South during their years in the North.

At the conference, representatives of Thanh Hoa Radio and Television Station and related departments, branches and localities reported on the progress of assigned tasks in preparing and coordinating the organization of the live TV bridge to celebrate the 70th anniversary of the Northward Rally. At the same time, departments, branches and localities also proposed plans to organize the live TV bridge in accordance with the actual situation.

Speaking at the conference, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Do Minh Tuan affirmed: The live TV bridge to celebrate the 70th anniversary of the Northward Rally is an important event, of great significance and stature. It is even more important when Thanh Hoa is the first place in the North to welcome compatriots, cadres and soldiers from the South to the North. Therefore, the coordination of the organization of the live TV bridge was paid attention to by the Standing Committee of the Thanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee, leading and directing the organization to carry out the coordination work well with Vietnam Television.
Highly agreeing with the script, program content, layout, and theme of the event, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested: To prepare well for the live TV Bridge to celebrate the 70th anniversary of the Northward Rally, units and localities must carefully and urgently prepare all content, ensuring progress and scale in the spirit of safety, savings, and anti-waste because the time to organize the live TV Bridge was pushed earlier than expected, on November 16.
The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested Thanh Hoa Radio and Television Station to coordinate with Vietnam Television Station and relevant departments, agencies, branches and units of the province to carry out assigned tasks, ensuring the successful organization of the Live TV Bridge. In particular, it is necessary to pay close attention to each task, specific and detailed content, from the installation of equipment, sound, light, props... for the stage to highlight the mark of Thanh Hoa and the image of the Assembly Ship; the work of welcoming and arranging seats for delegates, and areas for people to watch the program must be very thoughtful. Coordinate with Vietnam Television Station to unify the detailed script of the program to serve as a basis for the province to assign tasks and coordinate the implementation of specific activities for each unit.
The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested Sam Son City to direct the Center for Culture, Information, Sports and Tourism, and the Radio Station to step up propaganda work about the event and invite people to attend the program; be responsible for cleaning the environment, ensuring a bright, green, clean and beautiful landscape, especially at the area where the live TV Bridge is held to create a good impression in the hearts of delegates, people and tourists. Coordinate with relevant units to ensure security, order and traffic safety at the area where the bridge is held.
The Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department coordinates with the Central Propaganda Department to grasp the list and number of delegates and guests attending the program. The Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism arranges and sends personnel from the province's art troupes to coordinate in rehearsing and performing art performances in the program at the request of Vietnam Television.
The Provincial Police ensure security, order and safety for Party and State leaders, ministries, branches, localities and people participating in the program and in preliminary and final rehearsal events; arrange guidance and traffic diversion to ensure traffic safety; have plans to ensure fire prevention and fighting. The Department of Health ensures food hygiene and safety, arranges ambulances and medical staff on standby during the Live TV Bridge event. The Electricity Department implements plans and arranges to ensure power supply for the event area during the installation, construction of the stage, final rehearsal and the day of the program.
