Thang Long Project Management Board highly appreciated the participation of departments, branches and localities in Ha Tinh in implementing site clearance work when handing over the site at a high rate, ensuring the contractor can carry out construction.

Regarding the source of construction materials, the Provincial People's Committee has approved the confirmation of 11/11 mines as proposed by the investor and construction contractor. The contractors have been implementing steps to exploit but are still facing difficulties, including not being able to agree on compensation prices with some households.

Localities need to speed up the process of building resettlement areas; implement compensation, support and resettlement work in accordance with legal regulations; continue to propagate and mobilize people to comply with regulations on site clearance and land handover for project implementation.

In some cases where people refuse to receive compensation, even though the procedures for site clearance and site clearance have been implemented in accordance with regulations and have been publicized and explained, localities need to take measures to handle them in accordance with regulations.

The police force investigates, reviews, and consolidates records to strictly handle subjects who show signs of inciting, dragging, and inciting people not to receive compensation for land acquisition and clearance. Resolutely not let the issue of site clearance and construction materials affect the progress of the North-South expressway through Ha Tinh.

For investors and contractors, it is necessary to focus on human resources and machinery to speed up project construction progress as the rainy and stormy season is approaching; and to proceed with exploitation of the mineral mine areas that have completed documents and procedures.

The North-South Eastern Expressway Project for the 2021-2025 period through Ha Tinh province has a length of 102.38 km with 3 component projects Bai Vot - Ham Nghi, Ham Nghi - Vung Ang, Vung Ang - Bung and 3 connecting routes with a length of 12.18 km.

Up to now, Ha Tinh has counted 100% of the land clearance; applied prices, approved compensation plans reaching 99.07% and handed over the site reaching 98.03%. The progress of disbursement of the land clearance capital is 2,116.21/2,853.43 billion VND, reaching 74.16%.

26 resettlement areas and 4 cemeteries have been implemented, of which 8 areas have reached 100% completion, the remaining areas have reached 20 - 97% completion; the Department of Information and Communications and telecommunications enterprises have agreed on a plan to relocate the telecommunications system.

The relocation of power line infrastructure is being actively implemented by localities in coordination with electricity authorities.
