Look at the problem in its true nature
At the 2025-2026 school year Parents' Conference of Nam Viet Kindergarten - Primary - Secondary - High School on September 27, Mr. Nguyen Duc Quoc, Chairman of Nam Viet International Education Group, shared frankly about teaching, student management as well as cooperation from parents.
The very ordinary stories he presented not only reflect the reality happening in the school environment, but also convey an important message: Effort, fighting spirit and especially perseverance are the key factors to build a sustainable educational environment.
According to Mr. Nguyen Duc Quoc, on the journey to success, any individual must make efforts, strive and persevere. However, the most important thing is to maintain steadfastness. This is not only the quality of each individual but also the foundation for the collective to unite, overcome difficulties, build prestige and affirm position.
“In education, perseverance plays an even more important role. Teachers need to be steadfast in their ideal of cultivating people. Students need to be steadfast in their studies and training. Parents also need to be steadfast in their beliefs and in accompanying their children. When everyone maintains steadfastness, the educational environment will truly become a place to nurture generations of adults in knowledge, skills and personality,” Mr. Quoc emphasized.
During the operation, schools and teachers cannot avoid receiving mixed feedback. There are compliments, but there are also negative comments. This is normal, because each parent and each student has a different perspective. However, Mr. Quoc said that it is worth mentioning that not all information reflects the true nature of the matter. Many situations are just misunderstandings or hasty judgments.
“We need to be more objective, fair and tolerant. Teachers must be role models and the first point of reference for students to follow, not the starting point of judgment,” said the Chairman of Nam Viet International Education Group.
Coordination: The Crucial Bridge
According to Mr. Quoc, education cannot be solely the responsibility of the school, but is a close combination between parents, teachers and society. Each frank contribution and sincere sharing from parents is a valuable material for the collective of teachers and administrators to improve their teaching and student care.

On the contrary, parents also need to calmly observe, listen and put their trust in teachers. Do not let a small collision cause the matter to go too far, contacting many agencies or the press, making things unnecessarily tense. There are situations where the school only needs to notify by text message or a phone call, and parents cooperate promptly, and the matter will be handled smoothly.
Mr. Quoc emphasized: “It is normal for children to collide, push, and argue lightly. Instead of considering it a 'big problem', we should see it as an opportunity to teach them how to behave, practice self-control, and respect their friends.”
The leaders of Nam Viet International Education Group believe that, not only during school hours, the coordination between parents and schools is also reflected in many other aspects of students' daily lives. For example, picking up and dropping off children: if parents stop and park their vehicles in the right places and coordinate with the coordinators, ensuring student safety will be easier and faster.
The school’s staff, employees and teachers not only “work” but also serve and accompany parents to bring the best educational environment for students. Each sharing and cooperation of parents is a direct contribution to the overall success of the educational community.
Mr. Quoc affirmed: “An ideal educational environment does not stop at imparting knowledge, but must also be a place to nurture skills and personality. To do that, it requires frankness, sincerity and companionship from all three sides: teachers, parents and students. Consistency in goals, fairness in perception and sharing in coordination - all will create a solid foundation. From there, we can train generations of students who are not only intelligent and talented but also kind, compassionate and have life skills.”
Sweet fruit of effort
Reporting at the conference, Mr. Thai Viet Thuong, Vice Principal of Nam Viet Kindergarten - Primary - Secondary - High School, shared about the outstanding results in the school's educational work in the 2024 - 2025 school year.
Accordingly, the school's high school graduation rate reached 100%, and especially, all of them were admitted to universities and colleges. This achievement is not only the pride of Nam Viet teachers and students, but also contributes to affirming the reputation and training quality of the school.
Mr. Thuong also said that for many consecutive years, the school has been honored to receive the title of Excellent Labor Collective from the Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee. At the same time, the South Vietnam Youth Union has also been continuously commended and recognized with the Excellent Emulation Flag by the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union . This is a clear demonstration of the tireless efforts and determination of the entire staff, teachers, employees and students of the school.
“Success in education is never a one-sided result. It is the cooperation, companionship and trust between parents, teachers and students. When parents, teachers and students remain steadfast and accompany each other, we will build a good learning environment - where every student has the opportunity to develop comprehensively and confidently step into the future”, Mr. Nguyen Duc Quoc, Chairman of Nam Viet International Education Group.
