Within the framework of the working trip to attend the 46th ASEAN Inter-Parliamentary Assembly (AIPA-46), the official visit to Malaysia of National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man , on September 18, in Kuala Lumpur, Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh Nga, wife of the National Assembly Chairman and Ms. Puan Sri Datin Noraini Mohd, wife of the Speaker of the Malaysian House of Representatives visited the Permata Kurnia Center.
Permata Kurnia Centre under the Ministry of Education Malaysia with the main objective is to help children develop their potential, become independent and be able to integrate into mainstream schools; providing comprehensive early intervention programs, tailored to each child.

Child-centered curriculum based on scientific evidence to help children reach their full potential.

The wife of the Speaker of the Malaysian House of Representatives expressed her joy and emotion when the wife of the President of the Vietnamese National Assembly took time to visit the center for autistic children, where Malaysia is dedicated to inclusive education and creating meaningful opportunities for children in need, especially children with autism.

Ms. Puan Sri Datin Noraini Mohd emphasized that the visit of National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man and his wife is a vivid symbol of the close friendship and cooperation between the two countries.
The visit also shows the cooperative relationship that has been continuously nurtured over the years between the two countries, including a memorandum of understanding between the two countries' Ministries of Education and Training, which contributes to strengthening educational and cultural exchange programs.
Ms Puan Sri Datin Noraini Mohd said that such links not only help enhance mutual understanding but also help the two countries' communities develop together, through sharing knowledge and resources.
The Center also accepted an invitation to cooperate in training with the Special Education Center of Hai Duong Province (formerly) now Hai Phong, Vietnam to share experiences.

Ms. Puan Sri Datin Noraini Mohd believes that Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh Nga's visit to the center will be a source of inspiration for cooperation and development between the two sides.
Mrs. Nguyen Thi Thanh Nga, wife of the National Assembly Chairman, was moved and appreciated the dedication and creativity of the center's leadership and team of experts.
The center has built a standard model, providing the most suitable educational and care environment for autistic children from 2 to 6 years old, and at the same time becoming a solid support for families.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh Nga believes that this not only helps children develop comprehensively in terms of cognition, skills and physical strength, but also advises parents to bring a bright future for their children.
The National Assembly Chairman's wife said that in Vietnam, autistic children are recognized as a special group and enjoy many priority policies.
The Party, State and National Assembly of Vietnam have paid great attention to directing and promulgating many legal documents and programs to support education, healthcare, vocational training and care for autistic children and their families, creating a premise for inclusive development and improving the quality of life.
Also on September 18, Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh Nga and Ms. Datin Dr. Rozana binti Kamal, wife of the Deputy Speaker of the Malaysian House of Representatives, visited the Kuala Lumpur Handicraft Center.


The two ladies experienced how to make traditional Malaysian handicrafts such as traditional Malaysian fabric patchwork techniques and Batik painting techniques.
Kuala Lumpur Handicraft Centre is an iconic art tourism destination of Malaysia; built in 1985, with the aim of preserving and maintaining traditional cultural values of Malaysia through developing traditional handicrafts and organizing various activities.
