From November 4, due to the influence of cold air combined with East wind disturbances, there were showers and scattered thunderstorms in most places in Phu Tho province. Northeast wind gradually increased to level 3, level 4. Temperatures decreased both day and night.

During this cold air mass, the lowest temperature is forecasted to be from 16.0-19.0 degrees Celsius. The high mountainous areas in the west (including Thanh Thuy, Thanh Son, Yen Lap, Tan Son districts) are 13-16 degrees Celsius, with some places below 12 degrees Celsius. The mountainous areas in the Central Highlands and Delta are 15-17 degrees Celsius, with some places below 14 degrees Celsius.
