To achieve the goal, the Project identifies 10 groups of solutions, focusing on 3 strategic pillars: Promoting comprehensive digital transformation in management and teaching and learning; improving the quality of teaching and learning foreign languages ​​and information technology; training and fostering high-quality human resources.

At the conference, delegates highly appreciated the comprehensiveness and long-term vision of the draft Project and the draft Resolution. At the same time, they discussed and gave comments on many key issues such as: Solutions to improve the quality of education in disadvantaged areas, narrowing the gap between mountainous and urban areas; roadmap for synchronous and effective digital transformation implementation; expanding international cooperation in training and research.

Mr. Phung Quoc Lap - Deputy Director of the Department of Education and Training of Phu Tho province reported on the draft Resolution on Education and Training Development of Phu Tho province to 2030, with a vision to 2045.

Speaking at the conference, Mr. Nguyen Khac Hieu - Vice Chairman of Phu Tho Provincial People's Committee requested the Department of Education and Training to fully absorb the participating opinions, supplement and complete the content of the Project and Resolution in a practical and focused direction.

In particular, it is necessary to clearly analyze the current status of facilities and teaching equipment in each region and each level of education, closely following the rate of schools meeting national standards at level 1 and level 2, and linking it with needs and financial resources to build specific and feasible goals.

The Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Phu Tho province emphasized that the development of education and training must be closely linked to the socio -economic development requirements of the province, considering this a strategic breakthrough. Along with recruiting sufficient numbers, the education and training sector needs to focus on training and fostering, and have specific policies to attract and retain high-quality human resources.

At the same time, review and streamline the school network; research and develop high-quality school and class models; develop a non-public school system, and set clear targets for private schools in the Project.

According to the Department of Education and Training of Phu Tho province, Phu Tho province currently has 1,957 educational institutions at all levels, with over 1 million students and preschool children; over 58,600 cadres, teachers and staff.
