Speaking at the conference, Ms. Trinh Ngoc Tram, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Cua Nam Ward, said that after 45 days of implementation, digital transformation work in the area has had positive changes.
Specifically, the rate of people using online public services has increased sharply; many administrative procedures are carried out electronically, reducing time and costs for people.
Innovative models such as "Digital Literacy for All", "Going to every alley, knocking on every door", and technology rescue teams have contributed directly to bringing digital technology to every household, especially the elderly and the disadvantaged.
According to Ms. Trinh Ngoc Tram, the propaganda work has been carried out extensively, contributing to raising awareness and changing habits from direct transactions to electronic transactions. The team of cadres, civil servants and organizations have promoted the spirit of responsibility, discipline, and order, taking the lead in applying digital technology, setting an example for the people to follow.
In particular, many important targets have been achieved and exceeded the set plan: the number of electronic identification accounts increased rapidly; the rate of online records resolved on time was guaranteed; the city and district's digital applications and platforms were accessed and used regularly by people.
However, the Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Cua Nam Ward also pointed out some shortcomings that need to be overcome, such as in some places, propaganda and mobilization are not deep and not uniform. The rate of elderly people and freelance workers accessing digital technology is still limited. Technology infrastructure at the grassroots level is still lacking in synchronization and needs more investment.
To promote the achieved results, Ms. Trinh Ngoc Tram suggested that units regularly deploy the "Digital Education for All" plan, turning it into a community movement, mobilizing union members, teachers, students and pupils to participate in supporting people.
In addition, invest in and upgrade digital infrastructure at the grassroots level to ensure smooth, safe and convenient connections for all people. Bring digital transformation closely together with patriotic emulation movements, build cultural life, and build civilized and modern urban areas.
During the campaign, the forces directly supported about 1,680 citizens; installed and activated over 1,700 level 2 VNeID accounts, nearly 950 iHanoi applications and over 2,300 Etax Mobile applications. At the same time, the organization guided people to submit documents online, install applications, and perform many electronic administrative procedures.
The Ward People's Committee coordinated with the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the Ward to establish and maintain 06 mobile "Digital Popular Education" points, creating conditions for the elderly and disadvantaged people to access and practice online public services.
During the campaign, the Ward People's Committee actively directed, propagated and supported people to participate in resolving administrative procedures online. Thanks to that, the rate of online public services increased from 34% to 89%; 100% of online records were resolved on time; In the third quarter of 2025, 258 transactions were received, of which 76% were certified...
Cua Nam Ward sets a target that by 2025, over 95% of cadres and civil servants will have digital skills; 85% of the adult population will have digital knowledge; 50% of the adult population will have electronic payment accounts; 80% of business workers will have life skills.
Strive to universalize digital skills for 100% of officials, students, people, and workers by 2026; maintain 85% of the adult population with smartphones; the rate of online public services reaches over 90%, 100% of records are on time...
At the conference, a representative of the Ward Youth Union gave a presentation affirming the pioneering and creative role of youth in the 45-day campaign to support digital transformation.
In addition, the Conference commended, honored and rewarded 27 collectives and 12 individuals with outstanding achievements in the campaign "45 days and nights of supporting digital transformation activities in wards and communes implementing the two-level local government model".
Immediately after the summary conference, Cua Nam ward also organized a training conference on "AI Application", equipping new knowledge and skills for cadres, civil servants and public employees of the People's Committee of Cua Nam ward.
