The first ward to receive training on civil service reform, document archiving and digital transformation

On July 6, the People's Committee of Bach Quang Ward organized a training course on professional skills, public service reform, document archiving and digital transformation for more than 70 officials and civil servants. This is the first locality in the province to organize this training course after the merger.

More than 70 cadres and civil servants of Bach Quang ward participated in professional activities, public service reform, document archiving and digital transformation.

Ward officials and civil servants were taught topics on improving skills in receiving people, receiving and returning results of administrative procedures at the commune and ward public administration service centers; building the model of "Friendly government, People promoting mastery"; improving indicators to evaluate the performance of grassroots government activities; instructions on managing electronic archives of civil servants and public employees; building a friendly government at the commune level; and popularizing AI.

Through training, the ward's staff and civil servants have access to and improve their skills and expertise in handling work and improving the effectiveness of public service activities in performing assigned duties and responsibilities, especially skills in handling records to resolve administrative procedures for organizations and individuals in the area.

To operate the two-level local government to ensure effective, smooth and uninterrupted operations, the Party Committee and People's Committee of the ward have proactively and seriously implemented the assigned tasks, arranged the Basic Public Administration Service Center to ensure the necessary infrastructure and information technology equipment, to perform well the task of receiving and handling administrative procedures for people and businesses; announced and publicized the list of administrative procedures under their authority (with 364 administrative procedures), provided online public services; at the same time, organized guidance for people and businesses on the process of receiving, processing and returning results on the new administrative procedure handling information system, ensuring effective, smooth and uninterrupted operations when handling administrative procedures.
