Accordingly, immediately after officially operating the two-level local government model, the Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the ward promptly issued leadership and direction documents, perfected the organizational apparatus, laid the legal foundation, and ensured stable and smooth operation of political tasks.

After 18 days of operation, the ward's organizational apparatus has basically operated stably, and the settlement of administrative procedures related to people and businesses has been ensured to be smooth and uninterrupted.

At the conference, there were 11 comments, highly appreciating the two-level local government model that is truly close to the people. The people trust the leadership of the Party, the State and all levels of government.

In addition, some recommendations focus on the following contents: It is necessary to arrange more public administrative service points, due to the large area of the ward and large population; strengthen inspection of urban order and traffic safety; focus on the management and operation of 2 apartment buildings transferred from Tan Trieu commune, Thanh Tri district (old).

Party cell secretaries said that most of the party members in the cells are elderly and not proficient in information technology, so paying party dues is difficult and requires support. Along with that, the ward needs to provide specific instructions on the activities of the Red Cross organization in the residential group because this organization at the district level no longer exists...

Representatives of residential groups also hope that ward officials will closely monitor the situation of residential areas, pay attention to investing in improving the urban landscape, and rearrange the organization of residential groups...

At the conference, representatives of the Party Building Committee, the Department of Economic Infrastructure and Urban Areas of Ha Dong ward exchanged and answered opinions.

Chairwoman of Ha Dong Ward People's Committee Tran Thi Luong An said that the Party cell and residential group are the extended arms of the Party Committee and the government to the people. In recent days, comrades at the Party cell and residential group have always accompanied the Party Committee and the ward government. In the coming time, the ward government will make efforts to direct and promptly resolve difficulties and obstacles reported by the grassroots, in order to best implement all assigned tasks.

Providing more information about the preparation for the first Ward Party Congress, Ward Party Secretary Nguyen Thanh Xuan said that Ha Dong Ward has 190 Party organizations. Up to now, 169 Party organizations have completed their congresses, striving to complete the congresses of Party organizations before July 22. The Ward Party Executive Committee has allocated delegates to attend the Ward Party Congress and notified the residential group Party cells; has completed the Political Report of the Congress and is seeking opinions from residential areas.

Ward Party Secretary Nguyen Thanh Xuan suggested that, in the immediate future, key leaders of residential groups should effectively propagate the 1st Ha Dong Ward Party Congress, term 2025-2030; respond to the campaign to ensure public order, urban order and environmental sanitation launched by the city simultaneously in 126 communes and wards.
