According to the report at the working session, the People's Committee of Quan Trieu Ward has implemented solutions to improve the quality and efficiency of operations to best meet the needs of handling administrative procedures, fully publicize regulations on fees and charges; review and simplify the reception and handling of administrative procedures at the Ward Public Administration Service Center; strictly implement the digitization of records and results of handling administrative procedures on the province's administrative procedure handling information system.
From July 1 to August 31, 3,165 records were digitized, reaching a rate of 100%. The Ward Public Administration Service Center received nearly 4,000 citizens coming to perform administrative procedures; receiving an average of 74 records/day; no records were overdue.
At the monitoring session, opinions were exchanged and clarified on the results of the implementation of administrative procedure settlement; solutions to overcome difficulties when the majority of people are not yet used to using administrative services in the digital environment; some problems when operating the system to receive and resolve administrative procedures...
The monitoring team also recorded and synthesized local opinions, requesting relevant units to complete the software system to ensure comprehensiveness, convenience, and synchronization with the National Public Service Portal; and provide professional training for staff in charge of receiving and handling administrative procedures to improve work efficiency.
