Thanh Xuan Ward (new) completes final preparations, ready for July 1

On the morning of June 29, Thanh Xuan Ward (new) completed the pilot operation of the two-level local government model and is ready for the announcement ceremony of the Resolution of the National Assembly Standing Committee and the city's decisions on the organization of new commune-level administrative units, taking place on June 30.

Currently, the preparation work has been basically completed: From handing over files and documents, renovating the headquarters, installing new nameplates, to arranging human resources and completing facilities. The administrative procedure system continues to operate stably, ensuring continuous and smooth service to the people and businesses.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Nguyet, a party member living in Thanh Xuan Bac ward, shared that cadres, party members and a large number of people are very excited and looking forward to the announcement ceremony of the Resolution of the National Assembly Standing Committee and the city's decisions related to the implementation of organizing commune-level administrative units according to the two-level local government model, which will take place tomorrow morning (June 30, 2025) simultaneously in 126 communes and wards in the city.

As planned, at exactly 8:00 a.m. on July 1, 2025, 126 new communes and wards of Hanoi will officially come into operation under the new administrative unit model - marking an important step in the process of arranging and perfecting the organization of the grassroots government apparatus of the Capital.

To celebrate this particularly important event, the Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Thanh Xuan Ward organized the art program "Thanh Xuan - New Ward - Bright Future" to celebrate the announcement of resolutions and decisions in Thanh Xuan Ward and the official inauguration of the two-level local government at 7:30 p.m. on July 1, 2025 at Quan Nhan Communal House Yard, Lane 144 Quan Nhan, Thanh Xuan Ward.
