Central Ward: 386 collectives and individuals were commended in patriotic emulation movements for the period 2021-2025

In the period of 2021-2025, Trung Tam ward has successfully implemented many emulation movements: "The whole country joins hands to build new rural areas"; "The whole country joins hands for the poor - leaving no one behind"; "Cadres, civil servants and public employees compete to practice office culture"; "Building friendly, compassionate, united, creative and integrated people", "Competition for digital transformation" in the period of 2022 - 2025 and the movement "The whole country competes to build a learning society, promote lifelong learning", in the period of 2023 - 2030... The movements are widely deployed, going into depth, contributing to improving the lives and spirits of people in the area.

Thereby, the ward's socio -economic situation has achieved important and comprehensive results. The work of "Building a clean and strong government", "reforming administrative procedures" and implementing the "one-stop" mechanism, practicing thrift and fighting waste has been widely deployed; cadres and civil servants have implemented working regulations well; the locality has completed the task of mobilizing children not to drop out of school; maintaining universal preschool education for 5-year-old children; universalizing primary education and universalizing lower secondary education at level 3; eliminating illiteracy at level 2.

In the period of 2021-2025, the expansion of learning forms and enhancement of the role of civil servants have achieved positive results, with 120 collectives and 266 individuals being rewarded in the patriotic emulation movement. Civil servants are highly appreciated for their respect, dedicated guidance, and clear explanations to the people. 100% of agencies and units were inspected and there were no violations, reflecting compliance with regulations and enhancing the responsibility of the team.

Speaking at the Conference, Comrade Do Thi Thanh Nga - Party Secretary, Chairman of the Ward People's Council praised and acknowledged the results achieved by organizations and individuals in the past time. At the same time, she requested organizations and individuals to continue promoting emulation movements with specific and practical contents, closely following local realities, towards the goal of building a rich and civilized Trung Tam ward. With the spirit of solidarity and creativity, Trung Tam ward continues to launch patriotic emulation movements, with practical contents and action programs, suitable to the actual situation, so that the emulation movements continue to create a strong spread, reaping more successes in the coming time.

Muong Khuong Commune: Hundreds of collectives and individuals were rewarded

Imbued with the teachings of President Ho Chi Minh : " Competition is patriotism, patriotism requires competition, and those who compete are the most patriotic ", in the past 5 years (2020 - 2025), the Party Committee and people of all ethnic groups in Muong Khuong commune have united, strived to overcome difficulties, successfully achieved many important goals in socio-economic development, maintained national defense and security, and improved people's lives.

Patriotic emulation movements have become a driving force for comprehensive development, with many outstanding results in all areas of social life. Typical movements include: emulation movements "The whole country joins hands to build new rural areas", "Join hands to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses"; "The whole country unites, joins hands, and competes to prevent, fight and defeat the Covid-19 pandemic...

Up to now, the average income per capita of Muong Khuong commune has reached nearly 45 million VND/year; the poverty rate has decreased by an average of 7.26%/year; agricultural production has developed in the direction of goods, associated with OCOP products, applying science and technology and linking product consumption; 1,207 houses/1,171 houses have been built and repaired from the emulation movement to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses, reaching 103.1% exceeding the planned target; 100% of households have access to national electricity and clean water; the rate of schools meeting national standards is 87.5%; the quality of comprehensive and key education has been improved, the attendance rate has reached over 98%; national defense - security work and people's health care have been increasingly ensured.

Rewarding the right people for the right work, promptly encouraging and motivating groups and individuals in emulation movements; in 5 years, 3 groups were awarded Emulation Flags by the Prime Minister, 3 groups and 2 individuals were awarded Certificates of Merit by the Prime Minister. 7 groups were awarded Emulation Flags by the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; 63 groups and 130 individuals received Certificates of Merit from the Provincial People's Committee and hundreds of groups and individuals received Certificates of Merit from the district and commune (old) that have not merged.

At the conference, delegates spent a lot of time discussing and sharing experiences, good practices, and innovations in the locality in various fields, such as: mobilizing people to donate land to build new rural areas; maintaining security, politics, and social order and safety; improving the quality of education and training; promoting the vanguard spirit of young people in applying technology and digital transformation; transforming the structure of agricultural production, increasing people's income from tea growing; women helping each other develop the economy, eliminate hunger and reduce poverty.

On this occasion, the Chairman of Muong Khuong Commune People's Committee awarded Certificates of Merit to 10 collectives and 29 individuals for their outstanding achievements in the patriotic emulation movement, period 2020 - 2025.

At the Conference, the emulation movement for the 2025 - 2030 period was launched with tasks and emulation to synchronously and comprehensively implement the set tasks.
