Specifically, with international payment services, customers will be exempted from PVcomBank's money transfer fees for the first 3 international money transfer transactions, from the next transactions, the fee will be reduced by 50%. The fee after the incentive is not lower than the minimum or higher than the maximum according to PVcomBank's current fee schedule. For domestic payment service fees, PVcomBank reduces up to 50% of cash transaction fees, domestic money transfer fees, and counting fees. The incentive is applied to new customers who do not have a CIF at PVcomBank, open an account and make at least 01 international payment transaction during the program period.

In order to optimize operating costs and be flexible according to needs, PVcomBank also offers combo incentives for organizational customers to easily choose. For businesses that have determined transaction turnover in the period, the value-based fee combo package (BizBlock) will be the optimal choice, with an unlimited number of transfers and a preferential prepayment fee that can be discounted up to 50% compared to the fee schedule. On the contrary, for businesses that frequently make money transfers with diverse transfer values, the time-based fee combo package (BizMax3612) will be a more suitable choice as customers can make unlimited international money transfers and transfer amounts within the registered period (3, 6 or 12 months).

In addition to the program incentives, customers will be applied a competitive exchange rate policy with a variety of foreign currencies depending on the needs of each money transfer purpose. Along with that, PVcomBank increasingly simplifies procedures and documents so that customers can complete transactions in the shortest time. In parallel with the program for institutional customers, PVcomBank also offers incentives for individual customers from now until December 31, 2023. Accordingly, new customers or customers who already have a CIF but have not made an international money transfer transaction between July 1, 2022 and June 30, 2023 will be exempted from PVcomBank's money transfer fee and electricity fee for the first 03 international money transfer transactions. This incentive is also specially applied on the "golden days" of Tuesday and Thursday every week for customers who have used or are using international money transfer services at PVcomBank. In addition, customers who are Priority Banking Service members are also exempted from PVcomBank's money transfer fee for all international money transfer transactions during the program period.
