Long Bien District (Hanoi) verifies clip of "female teacher" being intimate with male student

Regarding the clip of a male student having an intimate and offensive act with a girl on the teacher's desk that is spreading on social networks, on the afternoon of October 2, Mr. Nguyen Manh Ha, Chairman of the People's Committee of Long Bien District, Hanoi, said that he had received information about the incident. The Department of Education is coordinating with the authorities to verify the information.

Previously, social networks were abuzz with a clip with the content: "The extremely offensive action of a female teacher towards a 2k9 male student right in the classroom in front of many students in the class". Along with that was a clip of a male student continuously putting his arm around and touching his cheek while sitting next to a girl at the teacher's desk. It is still unclear whether the female character in the clip is a teacher or a student.

This clip, after being shared, quickly attracted public attention. Many people condemned the excessive gesture, which was not suitable for a school environment.
