In 2024, the Bank for Social Policies, Quang Nam branch, was assigned the target of increasing outstanding debt from central and local capital sources to VND 312,630 million (an increase of 4.5%).

The central capital increase is 170,720 billion VND. Of which, lending to poor households, near-poor households, and households that have just escaped poverty increased by 95 billion VND; lending to clean water and environmental sanitation increased by 53 billion VND; lending to support job creation increased by 100 billion VND; lending to people who have completed their prison sentences increased by 6 billion VND. In addition, there are programs that have been adjusted down by 80,280 billion VND, including lending to households producing and doing business in difficult areas by 66 billion VND, and WB projects by 14,280 billion VND.

The local budget capital assigned for growth is 141,910 billion VND, of which the provincial budget capital has allocated 60 billion VND, lent 50 billion VND for the program of workers going to work abroad and the district budget capital entrusted is 31,910 billion VND.

In the first quarter of 2024, the Vietnam Bank for Social Policies, Quang Nam branch, will focus on providing preferential loans to 13,000 poor, near-poor, and policy households.
