Launching book on building a socialist rule-of-law state

(Fatherland) - On November 8, in Hanoi, the Central Internal Affairs Committee coordinated with the National Political Publishing House Truth to organize the book launching ceremony "Continuing to build and perfect the Socialist Republic of Vietnam's rule of law state".

Speaking at the book launching ceremony, Deputy Head of the Central Internal Affairs Commission Nguyen Thanh Hai said that on November 9, 2022, the Central Executive Committee issued Resolution No. 27-NQ/TW "Continuing to build and perfect the socialist rule-of-law state of Vietnam in the new period", in which the Central Internal Affairs Commission was assigned to preside over and coordinate with relevant agencies to regularly urge, guide, inspect and supervise the implementation of the Resolution, periodically review, summarize and report to the Politburo and the Secretariat.

In Plan No. 11-KH/TW, dated November 28, 2022 of the Politburo on implementing Resolution No. 27-NQ/TW, it also assigned Party committees and organizations at all levels to focus on leading and directing the promotion of propaganda, dissemination, and education to raise awareness among cadres, Party members and People about the Constitution and laws, about the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, and the requirement to continue building and perfecting the Socialist Republic of Vietnam in the new period.

"To implement Resolution No. 27-NQ/TW and Plan No. 11-KH/TW, the Central Committee for Internal Affairs issued Plan No. 139-KH/BNCTW, dated June 26, 2023, on compiling and publishing the book "Continuing to build and perfect the Socialist Republic of Vietnam's rule-of-law state in the new period " "To contribute to propaganda, dissemination, and help cadres, party members, and people understand the basic issues of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam's rule-of-law state. From there, we can properly and effectively implement the viewpoints, goals, focus, tasks, and solutions on continuing to build and perfect the Socialist Republic of Vietnam's rule-of-law state in the new period in accordance with the Party's guidelines and policies," affirmed the Deputy Head of the Central Internal Affairs Commission.

The process of compiling the book has always received the attention and direct, close guidance of Politburo member, Party Central Committee Secretary, Head of the Central Internal Affairs Commission Phan Dinh Trac, and leaders of the Central Internal Affairs Commission.

The compilation of the book was carried out carefully, meticulously and meticulously, ensuring compliance with the Party's policies and viewpoints and the provisions of the 2013 Constitution on building and perfecting the Socialist Republic of Vietnam's rule of law state.

The book is a synthesis and systematization of basic theoretical issues on the rule of law state, analysis of the practice of building and perfecting the Socialist rule of law state of Vietnam; especially synthesizing the research results of the Project "Continuing to build and perfect the Socialist rule of law state of Vietnam in the new period" and 27 in-depth research topics on the Socialist rule of law state of Vietnam by major agencies, organizations and research institutions nationwide.

The book "Continuing to build and perfect the Socialist Republic of Vietnam's rule of law state" was launched on the occasion of Vietnam Law Day (November 9, 2024).

The book consists of 480 pages, divided into 3 chapters: Basic theoretical issues on the rule of law state and the Socialist rule of law state of Vietnam; Practice of building and perfecting the Socialist rule of law state of Vietnam and Continuing to build and perfect the Socialist rule of law state of Vietnam in the new period.
