(Fatherland) - Nguyen Tat Thanh University has just organized a cooperation signing program and introduced the Design Thinking - Open Innovation 2024 competition.
The event welcomed many Business Associations, Business Clubs, and businesses in the fields of startups and innovation. In addition, the program also attracted the participation of more than 120 lecturers and students from 23 universities and colleges across the country.
Accordingly, the "Design Thinking - Open Innovation 2024" competition is a typical activity of Nguyen Tat Thanh University to promote the spirit of innovation, applying design thinking into life towards the goal of sustainable development.
The competition is inspired by world- renowned competition models such as Hult Prize, Red Dot Award, Google Design Sprint, iF DESIGN TALENT AWARD, and Microsoft Imagine Cup. These competitions not only encourage creative thinking and innovation but also create opportunities for individuals and teams to develop start-up projects, come up with practical solutions, and bring positive impacts to society.
The launch of the "Design Thinking - Open Innovation 2024" competition attracted a large number of students and businesses to participate.
After 3 seasons organized by Nguyen Tat Thanh University, this year's "Design Thinking - Open Innovation 2024" competition will be supplemented with many new points, responding to the development of the times such as applying 17 sustainable development criteria of the United Nations in building business models. Therefore, the competition promises to bring a useful playground for students and startups nationwide to participate.
This year’s competition is expected to not only offer attractive prizes but also provide contestants with new knowledge about innovation through skills training and project training. The competition will certainly bring many great development opportunities for students and start-ups across the country.
Mr. Le Huu Nghia - Vice President of Ho Chi Minh City Business Association, President of AB Le Thanh Ecosystem, represented the businesses to share that in the coming time, they will promote cooperation with the School in many areas of Innovative Startup activities, first of all, accompanying the Design Thinking competition this year. Mr. Le Huu Nghia hopes that through the competition, many ideas/projects will be found to invest capital, this is also one of the development strategies of AB Le Thanh Ecosystem.
