Foreign Trade University, Hanoi University of Science and Technology, Posts and Telecommunications Institute of Technology and a series of other universities plan to support students whose families have been affected by storms and floods.

The University of Transport Technology also announced that it would review applications to support students in areas affected by storms, floods, landslides, etc. The school said that after reviewing the applications with local confirmation of the damage, the school will contact students directly about the support plan.
