Industrial production grows strongly, attracting many key investment projects

In May 2025, enterprises and production establishments in Yen Binh district actively developed production and business, achieving an industrial production value of VND 1,052.1 billion. In the first 5 months of the year, the district's industrial production value reached VND 3,178.4 billion, an increase of 16.1% over the same period in 2024.

In the construction licensing work, the district has issued 44 licenses for individual houses and 01 license for the Trac Van church. The total fees, value added tax and personal income tax collected from these activities reached over 218 million VND.

Regarding the disbursement of public investment capital in 2025, the district has so far disbursed 50,595 billion VND, reaching 23.8% of the plan. Specifically: District budget capital: 30,599 billion VND (reaching 30%); Provincial budget capital: 7,139 billion VND (reaching 11.7%); National target program capital: 5,299 billion VND (reaching 86.9%); Central capital invested by industry and field: 5,696 billion VND (reaching 14.4%); Capital extended to 2025: 1,862 billion VND (reaching 89.5%).

Yen Binh district is also actively attracting investors to survey and seek development opportunities. Some typical projects that are receiving attention include: High-tech agricultural project of Hoang Kim Yen Bai Joint Stock Company; Super-Star export footwear factory of PEARL TOWN CO., LTD in the Southern Industrial Park; Marble mining project in Mong Son commune of Vietnam Industrial Minerals International Joint Stock Company; Flooring factory of Thien An Vietnam Wood Industry Company Limited; Construction project of Tan Lap, Phan Thanh, Xuan Long inland waterway wharves and Chay River inland waterway of Vu Gia Yen Bai Minerals Company Limited...

With drastic and synchronous participation in direction, Yen Binh district is gradually affirming its position as an attractive destination for domestic and foreign investors.
