GD&TĐ - The Ministry of Education and Training will hold a meeting to 'finalize' the floor scores for the health and teacher training groups in 2025 - the morning of July 21.

Accordingly, the Advisory Council for determining the threshold for ensuring input quality for the health sector with a practice certificate and the teacher training sector will meet to propose the "floor score" for these fields. Based on the Council's proposal, the Minister of Education and Training will issue a Decision on the floor score for the above two fields.

The floor score is understood as the minimum admission score announced by the Ministry of Education and Training after the exam scores are available for universities and colleges to receive applications from candidates taking the exam according to the common exam questions of the Ministry of Education and Training.

The floor score for teacher training majors and majors in the health sector with a practice certificate is announced annually by the Ministry of Education and Training for regular training admission methods using high school graduation exam results.

In 2024, the admission threshold for university-level teacher training programs is 19 points. For Physical Education , Music Pedagogy, and Fine Arts Pedagogy, it is 18 points for the admission combination of 3 cultural subjects. Other admission combinations are implemented according to the regulations of the 2024 Admission Regulations.

The admission threshold for the college-level Early Childhood Education program is 17 points for the admission combination of 3 cultural subjects. Other admission combinations are implemented according to the provisions of the current Admission Regulations.

For the health sector with a practice certificate, the minimum score for Medicine and Dentistry is 22.5 points; Pharmacy and Traditional Medicine is 21 points; Health sectors including: Nursing, Preventive Medicine, Midwifery, Medical Laboratory Technology, Medical Imaging Technology, Rehabilitation Technology, Dental Prosthetic Technology is 19 points.
