The vermicelli with pork fat restaurant was opened by Ms. Anh Dao - wife of actor Hong Dang - in 2021 on Hai Ba Trung Street ( Hanoi ). But later, this location was overloaded, so the actor's wife moved the business location to Tran Huy Lieu Street.
The crab noodle shop of Hong Dang’s wife is not only known by many domestic food lovers but also attracts the attention of many foreign customers. Many people also put the address of the shop on some review sites (product evaluation) of Chinese tourists, so many customers coming to Hanoi come to enjoy the shop.
Recently, many people who came to the restaurant were surprised when the actor of the movie "Love on a Sunny Day" came to bring noodles to their table. The actor told Dan Tri that he did not mind going to the restaurant to help his wife with her business.
While the staff were serving inside, Hong Dang pushed his motorbike onto the sidewalk for customers. The actor confided that recently, he had received a number of film offers and was considering which role was suitable for him to return to the set. Hong Dang said that if he had the means, he and his wife would expand their business and build a chain of vermicelli soup with pork fat shops to serve diners in many places.
