Will pay back pension and social insurance benefits according to the new salary level from August 14

From August 14, pensioners and social insurance beneficiaries will be entitled to receive the additional difference of July 2023 due to the new salary level along with the payment period of August 2023.

Accordingly, pursuant to Decree No. 42/2023/ND-CP dated June 29, 2023 of the Government on adjusting pensions, social insurance (SI) benefits and monthly allowances (effective from August 14, 2023); Official Dispatch No. 2206/BHXH-TCKT dated July 20, 2023 of Vietnam Social Security on payment of pensions, SI benefits, monthly allowances for the payment period of August 2023.

To ensure that pensioners, social insurance beneficiaries, and monthly beneficiaries enjoy their benefits as soon as possible according to regulations, Ninh Binh Provincial Social Insurance announces the pension and social insurance benefit payment schedule for the August 2023 payment period and the additional difference payment for July 2023 according to the new benefit level prescribed in Decree No. 42/2023/ND-CP, specifically as follows:

Payment via personal account: The Post Office will make payment on August 14, 2023. Payment in cash at the Post Office's payment points: Starting from August 14, 2023 and completed before August 21, 2023.

From the pension and social insurance allowance payment period of September 2023 onwards, Ninh Binh Provincial Social Insurance will make payments according to the regular monthly schedule.
