There will be many activities in response to the Action Month for Drug Prevention and Control in 2025.

The rally in response to the Month of Action against Drugs, International Day and National Day against Drugs will be chaired by the Ministry of Public Security, in coordination with Quang Ninh province, on June 19, 2025.

Pursuant to Decision No. 93/2001/QD-TTg dated June 13, 2001 of the Prime Minister and the direction of the National Committee for AIDS, Drug and Prostitution Prevention and Control on the implementation of activities in response to the Month of Action for Drug Prevention and Control; International Day for Drug Prevention and Control and National Day for Drug Prevention and Control, the Ministry of Public Security will preside over and coordinate with the People's Committee of Quang Ninh province to organize a rally in response to this event with the theme "One determination - For a drug-free community".

The program is held at the hall of the Quang Ninh Provincial Planning, Fair and Exhibition Center; expected to have the participation of 1,000 delegates including leaders of central and local ministries, departments, branches; officers, soldiers, members, youth union members, police, women, veterans, youth union members, volunteers...

Forces will march in response to International Day against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking and National Day against Drug Abuse through the streets of Ha Long City.

The rally in response to the Month of Action against Drug Abuse; International Day against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking and National Day against Drug Abuse in 2025 will be broadcast live on the infrastructure of the Quang Ninh Provincial Media Center.

Within the framework of the event, a series of meaningful activities are expected to take place: Parade in response to the Month of Action on Drug Prevention and Control; International Day on Drug Prevention and Control and National Day on Drug Prevention and Control; Photo Exhibition; 5km and 10km mass running competitions... thereby conveying the message that drug prevention and control is the responsibility of the entire political system and the entire population. At the same time, a widespread propaganda campaign will be spread, raising awareness, law compliance and drug prevention and control skills for all levels, sectors and the masses; promoting the combined strength of the entire political system and the entire population to participate in drug prevention and control; making an important contribution to building a drug-free community, a safe, healthy, orderly and disciplined society; effectively serving the cause of socio-economic development.
