The final results of Miss Universe Vietnam 2023 are not surprising.
On the evening of September 29, the final round of Miss Universe Vietnam 2023 held in Ho Chi Minh City officially ended with the victory of the beauty from Hanoi - Bui Quynh Hoa.

The second runner-up is Trinh Thi Hong Dang from Ho Chi Minh City. She is 1.71m tall and has measurements of 86-60-91cm. She is currently a mental health coach.
Miss Universe Vietnam 2023 Bui Quynh Hoa will receive a crown worth 2.1 billion VND and become Vietnam's representative to compete in Miss Universe in November in El Salvador.

New Miss Universe Vietnam 2023 Bui Quynh Hoa was born in 1998, in Hanoi. She is 1m75 tall and has hot three-round measurements.
Bui Quynh Hoa is ready to put aside her international title to conquer Miss Universe Vietnam 2023.
She is said to have a photogenic face, performing skills, and graceful posing on stage and in front of the camera.
The beauty is a familiar face having participated in contests such as: Miss Ao Dai Vietnam World 2017, Miss Sea Vietnam Global 2018.
In 2018, she won the Vietnam Supermodel Gold Award. At Miss Universe Vietnam 2022, Bui Quynh Hoa entered the Top 10 finalists.
In 2022, Quynh Nga won the title of Champion of Super Model International 2022 held in Thailand.
Returning to the beauty pageant, Quynh Hoa said she returned to the Miss Universe Vietnam 2023 contest because she wanted to prove her womanhood, not giving up or giving up in the face of failure.
"I want to show everyone a different Quynh Hoa, not as bland as many previous comments," she said.
The beauty will participate in the 72nd Miss Universe later this year.
