After 1 year of implementing the Project, up to now, the organization and internal apparatus of units and localities under the Provincial Police have been adjusted, streamlined, compact, strong, operating effectively and efficiently, meeting the practical requirements of the task of ensuring security and order; the quality of the staff has been improved, priority is given to the direct combat force, focusing on the grassroots, basically meeting the requirements of resolving security and order issues early, remotely, right at the grassroots. In particular, the launching ceremony of the force participating in protecting security and order at the grassroots level on July 1, 2024 in the province has contributed to perfecting the structure, organization and system of the security and order force in the province. At the same time, the logistics and technical work of the Public Security of units and localities, especially the grassroots level Public Security, has been supported by the Ministry of Public Security , the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial People's Council and the Provincial People's Committee, gradually responding better and serving more effectively the combat work of the Public Security forces at all levels. The Public Security forces at all levels from the province to the grassroots have promoted their proactive role in advising local Party Committees and authorities to strengthen leadership and direction, creating a clear change in the work of ensuring security and order, serving the task of economic and social development in the locality...

To effectively implement the objectives of the Project and improve operational efficiency in the coming time, the Project Steering Committee has set out a number of key tasks. In particular, focusing on coordination between the Provincial Police with departments, branches, sectors, organizations and local Party committees and authorities; focusing on coordination, closely following the progress of building commune police headquarters, prioritizing resources of some direct combat forces of the Provincial Police to move straight to modernization such as: Cryptography, security, mobile police, technical expertise, network security and fighting against high-tech crimes. Departments, branches, sectors and organizations, based on their assigned functions and tasks, continue to pay attention to coordinating with the Provincial Police in leading political and ideological work, studying political theory; fighting against erroneous and hostile views, protecting the ideological foundation, policies and guidelines of the Party, policies and laws of the State in the province; especially in the process of preparing to organize party congresses at all levels, towards the 14th National Congress of the Party.
