The image after being posted received many comments, many people said that watering plants in the heavy rain is unnecessary, a waste of resources and money. On the morning of June 24, Tuoi Tre Online contacted the Hanoi Department of Construction to learn more about the incident. Talking to reporters, a leader of the Hanoi Department of Construction Office said that after receiving the information, the department assigned the leaders of the Hanoi City Technical Infrastructure Management Center and the Greenery - Lighting Department to check. "This is a phenomenon, but we will direct all workers in the city to be reminded about this incident. When it rains, people say that it is right to water the plants" - he added. In further discussion with Tuoi Tre Online , a leader of the Department of Greenery and Lighting, Hanoi Department of Construction said that after receiving the information, the department had conducted an inspection to rectify the above situation.
