Regarding the task of focusing on building a team of teachers, standard school facilities, and improving the quality of preschool and general education , the Government assigned the Ministry of Education and Training to preside over and coordinate with relevant ministries and agencies to develop a Project on building boarding and semi-boarding schools for high school students in remote, border, and island areas for the period 2025 - 2030, with a vision to 2035; develop a Project on enhancing foreign language teaching and learning for the period 2026 - 2030, with a vision to 2035; develop a Project on gradually making English the second language in schools. Completion time is in 2025.
The Ministry of Education and Training shall preside over and coordinate with relevant ministries and agencies to develop a project on teaching languages of neighboring countries; and develop a project on training and fostering teachers, lecturers, and managers of national defense and security education.
