Bao Loc Pass road repair temporarily suspended due to bad weather

Speaking with Tuoi Tre Online, a representative of Road Management Area IV under the Vietnam Road Administration said that they have temporarily stopped repairing the road surface of Bao Loc Pass, Lam Dong province.

According to Road Management Area IV, the reason is that in recent days the weather in the Bao Loc pass area has been unfavorable, with frequent heavy rains, making it impossible to pave the road.

The above representative added that it is expected that after the National Day holiday on September 2, the construction units will repair the Bao Loc pass road surface again.

As reported by Tuoi Tre Online , about 10km of road surface through Bao Loc Pass, Lam Dong province has recently deteriorated and peeled off. Road Management Area IV has coordinated with other parties to repair it.

In addition to repairing Bao Loc Pass, the unit also repaired many other damaged spots on National Highway 20 through Lam Dong province.

The repair of National Highway 20 and the section passing through Bao Loc Pass is expected to be completed by the end of November 2025.
