Accordingly, in order for the online interaction channel in the digital environment between citizens, businesses and the Capital Government at all levels through the platform "Digital Capital Citizen" - iHanoi to soon reach all the people of the Capital, especially the youth in a simple, fast way, anytime, anywhere; Hanoi People's Committee requests departments, branches, People's Committees of districts, towns/communes, wards, townships and agencies and units in the city to deploy synchronous and unified communication as follows:

Agree with the proposal of the City People's Committee Office to widely use iHanoi application communication products in Hanoi in information and propaganda activities to the people of the Capital. Request communication products to be broadcast regularly and continuously with an average frequency of 10 times/day for electronic devices, LED screens, LCDs and similar forms at the time when the number of people coming to transact or operate is the highest: posted on basic information systems, electronic information portals/pages, channels, social networking platforms (if any) continuously until the end of the requested time. Information and transmission time is continuous until October 10, 2024.

The Department of Information and Communications directs the city's press agencies, grassroots information systems and coordinates with central press agencies to post and broadcast iHanoi application utility communication products on information and propaganda channels.

The Department of Culture and Sports directs relevant agencies and units to broadcast iHanoi application media products on specialized media screens (LED, LCD screens and similar forms) outdoors and in public places according to their functions, tasks and scope of management.

The Department of Health and the Department of Education and Training direct public and non-public medical and educational establishments under their management to promote propaganda in various forms, using iHanoi communication products on media, electronic boards, LED and LCD screens and similar forms available at the headquarters of agencies and units.

Departments, branches, sectors, People's Committees of districts, towns/communes, wards, townships and affiliated units shall strengthen propaganda to help people know and understand the values ​​and benefits of online interaction channels in the digital environment between citizens, businesses and the authorities at all levels of the City through the iHanoi application communication products through information channels: Electronic Information Portal/Page, social networking sites such as fanpage, zalo, youtube, ... (if any); use LED screens at intersections, in the City and communication equipment (LED screens, LCD and similar forms) at offices, places to receive citizens, residential areas, apartment buildings, commercial centers, supermarkets, ... within the scope of management. Integrate on applications and utilities (if any) of the industry, field of the agency, unit serving people and businesses.

Hanoi Transport Corporation strengthens propaganda to let people know and understand the values ​​and benefits of online interaction channels in the digital environment between citizens, businesses and the City's authorities at all levels; broadcast iHanoi communication products on electronic devices, LED and LCD screens and similar forms available in the entire system and services of the unit, especially at locations: public parking areas and services; waiting areas, transfer stations and on buses so that people know and use the iHanoi application.

Suggest that mass organizations, political and social organizations in the city coordinate to organize propaganda for people to know and understand the values ​​and benefits of online interaction channels in the digital environment between citizens, businesses and the city's authorities at all levels; use iHanoi media products posted and broadcast on information channels: Electronic Information Portal/Page, social networking sites such as fanpage, Zalo, Youtube, etc. (if any); on electronic devices, LED, LCD screens and similar ones available at the office.

Propose that Vietnam Airports Corporation pay attention and direct the Northern Airports Cluster to arrange the distribution of iHanoi application communication products in communication content on electronic devices, LED screens, LCDs and similar at Noi Bai airport area so that the people of the capital, domestic and foreign visitors know, pay attention and use the iHaNoi application.

Hanoi Railway Transport Joint Stock Company facilitates and arranges the distribution of iHanoi application media products in media content on electronic devices, LED, LCD screens and similar at Hanoi station area so that the people of the capital, domestic and foreign visitors know, are interested in and use iHanoi application.
