Deploying the online queue number feature on the iHanoi application

The deployment of the queue number feature on iHanoi is a concrete step in the process of modernizing the administrative system, towards a model of a professional, paperless public administrative service center.

From July 21, the Hanoi City Public Administration Service Center launched the feature of getting online queue numbers and making appointments via the iHanoi application.

This feature is deployed at all branches of the Hanoi City Public Administration Service Center. Through the iHanoi application, people can easily register for a queue number online at home, saving waiting time, and proactively arranging their personal schedule when coming to do the procedure.

The queue number collection time starts from 8:00 p.m. every day on iHanoi until the number runs out. Citizens can track the progress of receiving documents on the iHanoi application. After successfully registering to get a number, the application displays the citizen's queue number, and also displays the queue number being served at the counter, thereby helping citizens estimate the time it will be their turn to come and do administrative procedures.

The deployment of the online queue number feature on iHanoi after implementing the two-tier local government model is a concrete step in the process of modernizing the administrative system, towards a professional, friendly and paperless Public Administration Service Center model. Thereby, Hanoi city shows its determination to promote administrative reform and take people and businesses as the center of service.

To use the feature, people follow these steps:

Step 1: Download and log in to iHanoi App with VNeID account.
Step 2: Select the "Public services" utility → Select the "Schedule to perform public services" feature → "Select to schedule" → "Select branch" → "Select to submit application or return results" → "Select Field" → "Select to schedule" to perform.
Step 3: The system will automatically issue an online queue number to the citizen.
