Union members and workers are enthusiastically competing, creating excitement to enter the new term of the 19th Ha Tinh Trade Union Congress, term 2023 - 2028.

Lao - Viet International Port Joint Stock Company (under Mitraco) entered the peak competition period "90 days and nights - overcoming difficulties, reaching the finish line".

In order to accelerate the progress of achieving the targets and plans for 2023 and to make achievements to welcome the success of trade union congresses at all levels, celebrate the Vietnam Entrepreneurs' Day (October 13), and the 79th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam People's Army (December 22, 1944 - December 22, 2023), Mitraco Trade Union launched the emulation movement "90 days and nights - overcoming difficulties, reaching the finish line" (from October 1 - December 31, 2023).

More than 900 workers and laborers at construction sites, factories and enterprises under Mitraco are enthusiastically working and producing with the spirit of "High consensus, good competition, early finish".

Mr. Vo Van Luu - Chairman of Mitraco Trade Union said: "The main contents focused on in this peak emulation period are innovation in management and operation; streamlining production and labor; creatively overcoming difficulties, ensuring jobs, increasing income, reducing production costs by 5 - 10%... The leaders of the corporation and the Trade Union Executive Committee will have the form of hot and sudden bonuses to encourage and motivate the spirit of workers and laborers".

Ha Tinh City Labor Union launched tree planting campaign.

In addition to the production labor emulation movement, trade unions at all levels also carried out many practical activities to welcome the success of the 19th Provincial Trade Union Congress, term 2023 - 2028.

The Ha Tinh City Labor Federation has just coordinated with the Dong Mon Commune Trade Union to launch a campaign for officials and union members to plant trees at Ben Da Lake (Dong Mon Commune). With an urgent and enthusiastic spirit, after one day of launching, 150 tamarind trees were planted according to the set plan. This is a practical activity to celebrate the success of the Provincial Trade Union Congress, and at the same time contribute to the implementation of the city's policy of planting 100,000 new trees in the period of 2021 - 2025.

Implementing the movement of joining hands to build new rural areas, the Union members of Viet Tien commune (Thach Ha) have registered many meaningful projects and tasks; mobilized union members to deploy them effectively. Accordingly, the unit has undertaken a self-managed "Green - Clean - Beautiful" road; cleaned the agency's environment, planted and cared for flower gardens and ornamental plants; supported villages to build 1.2 km of drainage ditches, 2 km of green tree beds, decorated 17 household gardens, and instructed 45 households in the area on waste classification at home...

Units under the Provincial Civil Servants' Union give gifts to support poor patients.

Gift giving and support activities for union members, workers and children in difficult circumstances were also carried out by trade unions at all levels on this occasion.

Son Giang Commune (Huong Son) grassroots trade union and Nghi Xuan District People's Court trade union organized monthly sponsorship fund giving and gifts to disadvantaged children in the area; grassroots trade unions under the Provincial Civil Servants' Trade Union gave gifts to poor patients being treated at some hospitals...

Volleyball Tournament of Party Agencies was a great success.

One of the activities that creates a vibrant and exciting atmosphere, attracting a large number of union members to participate and cheer is the sports tournaments. Tournaments such as: Volleyball Tournament of Party Agencies; Women's Football Tournament of Youth, Union Members of Ha Tinh City; Men's Volleyball Tournament of Culture - Society ; Men's Football Tournament of Hong Linh Town, Men's Volleyball Tournament of Huong Khe District... have become a healthy playground, connecting union members, workers, encouraging the spirit of competition in each union member and worker in the area.

The 19th Congress of Ha Tinh Trade Union for the 2023 - 2028 term has created a strong impression; spreading and strengthening the trust of cadres, union members and workers in the province towards the trade union organization.
After the congress, emulation movements continued to be launched and implemented by trade unions in many forms, with rich and meaningful content. The movements were both practical activities to celebrate the success of the congress and contributed to motivating and encouraging the spirit of workers to compete in the final stages to complete the targets and plans for 2023 at agencies, units and enterprises.
