THACO AUTO organizes "Technician Skills Competition" in 2025

The competition is held annually to find and train skilled technicians at showrooms and service workshops in the THACO AUTO system; at the same time , creating a playground for technicians to exchange and learn. Thereby , improving the quality of repair services and bringing the best experience to customers .

This year, the exam consists of 2 parts: theory with 40 - 50 multiple choice questions and practice solving motor electric panels on vehicles . Candidates with high scores in the theory exam will enter the practical exam to select the 3 best technicians of each brand .
