August experience and explore summer at the Vietnam National Village for Ethnic Culture and Tourism

August activities with the participation of more than 100 people of 16 ethnic groups (Nung, Tay, Mong, Dao, Muong, Lao, Thai, Kho Mu, Ta Oi, Ba Na, Xo Dang, Gia Rai, Co Tu, Raglay, E De, Khmer) with the participation of 11 localities with ethnic minorities working daily in the Village (Thai Nguyen, Hanoi, Ha Giang , Son La, Hoa Binh, Thua Thien Hue, Gia Lai, Kon Tum, Ninh Thuan, Dak Lak, Soc Trang).

August activities with the theme "Summer - Experience and Discovery " aim to introduce the culture, customs and practices of the ethnic groups, along with experiential activities at the "Common House" of the community of 54 ethnic groups in Vietnam.

The August program will have many activities such as: August thematic activities with the theme "Summer - Experience and discovery"; folk song and dance programs "Return to the village", "The village happily dances the xoe hoa dance", "I love my village" by the ethnic groups of the Central Highlands, the ethnic groups of the North and the ethnic groups that are active daily in the Village, expressing love for the homeland and country, introducing the traditional cultural beauty of the ethnic groups...

In addition, there are also weekend activities with programs of ethnic groups that are regularly operating in the Village to introduce traditional culture according to the unique identity of each ethnic group. There, visitors can learn about architecture, costumes, folk songs and dances, festivals...

In addition, on this occasion, there are also activities introducing traditional folk games and performing traditional musical instruments. Experience and exchange performances and traditional folk art forms typical of ethnic groups that are active daily in the Village such as: Dinh Nam blowing, Ay Ray singing, lithophone, gongs, xoang dance... activities introducing, teaching, experiencing traditional musical instruments (learning to play Dinh Put, To Rung, Chapi), traditional folk games, sports ... of ethnic minority groups.

Daily activities at the Village continue to introduce to visitors the unique cultural and culinary features of the ethnic communities living in the Village. At the same time, experiential activities are organized to meet the needs of groups, serving tourists visiting the route, introducing the culture and customs of the ethnic groups. Experiential activities at the "Common House" of the community of 54 Vietnamese ethnic groups contribute to enhancing exchanges between ethnic groups, attracting tourists to the Vietnam Ethnic Culture and Tourism Village./.
