Thang Binh strives to hand over the railway overpass site before December 31

Thang Binh District People's Committee requested Binh Quy Commune and the District Center for Land Fund Development and Service Industry to actively propagate and mobilize households to hand over the land.

In case households have submitted applications for resettlement in residential areas of groups 3 and 4 (Quy Thanh 1 village, Binh Quy commune) and agreed to receive money and sign the land handover minutes in advance, priority will be given to drawing lots for resettlement plots with frontage adjacent to the main traffic route of the residential area.

Based on the records and proposals of the People's Committee of Binh Quy commune and the District Center for Land Fund Development and Service Industry on cases of forced land recovery, the District Department of Natural Resources and Environment presides over and coordinates with relevant agencies and units to inspect, develop a forced plan and advise the District People's Committee to organize work to have a basis for advising and reporting to the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee before submitting to the District People's Committee for approval of the forced land recovery plan and implementing the forced land recovery and handing over the site (submit for approval of the forced land recovery decision before December 15, 2024).

Thang Binh district strives to hand over the clean site of the railway overpass section to the investor before December 31, 2024.

For cases where the compensation plan has not been approved, the District People's Committee requests Binh Quy commune to urgently establish legal documents for land plots and send them to the District Center for Land Fund Development and Service Industry to submit and issue a notice of land recovery before December 10, 2024.

For cases where households and individuals have applications for clearance of the entire area, the District People's Committee assigns the District Center for Land Fund Development and Service Industry to urgently determine the area and type of land to be recovered, organize asset inventory, develop compensation, support and resettlement plans to carry out compensation and land recovery according to regulations.

The District People's Committee requested the District Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and mass organizations to coordinate in propagating and mobilizing people in compensation, site clearance and resettlement work to serve project implementation according to regulations.
