The Party Cell of the Bar Association is a Party organization operating under Regulation No. 162 dated May 29, 2024 of the Central Party Secretariat. The Party Cell is the political nucleus at the grassroots level, with the task of leading Party members and lawyers of the Bar Association to properly implement the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws; leading the development and effective implementation of the Bar Association's tasks according to the charter of the Vietnam Bar Federation.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Ha - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies Bloc said that the Quang Nam Provincial Bar Association Party Cell has 4 party members, so it will certainly face certain difficulties in leading, operating, and organizing the Party Cell's activities. In order for the Party Cell to operate effectively and demonstrate its role as a political nucleus at the grassroots level, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Bloc recommends that the Party Cell closely follow the functions and tasks of the Party organization in the agencies and associations.

According to Ms. Ha, in the immediate future, the Provincial Bar Association Party Cell will soon develop and promulgate working regulations for the 2020-2025 term, assign specific tasks to Party members; lead the implementation of the Party's charter, resolutions, regulations and directives; maintain regular and regular activities in accordance with regulations.

In addition, build a coordination regulation with the Provincial Bar Association Executive Board to facilitate the operation of the Party cell as well as lead and manage Party members and manage the activities of the team of lawyers in the province.
