At the meeting, delegates reviewed, evaluated and approved 18 important resolutions. In particular, many resolutions promptly concretized the Central direction, met the requirements of tasks and practical situations in the locality, and continued to remove some difficulties and obstacles in the process of operating the two-level local government after the rearrangement: Resolution on applying and abolishing legal resolutions issued by the People's Council of Dak Lak province (old) and the People's Council of Phu Yen province (old) before the rearrangement of provincial administrative units in the fields of: justice; security and order; education and training; culture, sports and tourism; agriculture and environment; science and technology.

The meeting also passed resolutions on: the allocation of targeted additional central budget to agencies and units to perform tasks according to Decision No. 1713/QD-TTg and Decision No. 1354/QD-TTg, dated June 25, 2025 of the Prime Minister ; The allocation of development investment capital plans from the central budget to supplement the implementation of the National Target Program (NTP) on new rural construction, 5-year period (2021 - 2025) and the 2025 plan.
Allocation and adjustment of the development investment capital plan from the central budget and provincial budget for the 5-year period (2021 - 2025), adjustment and detailed assignment of the 2025 development investment capital plan to implement the National Target Program on socio-economic development in ethnic minority and mountainous areas.
Decision on policy to change forest use purpose to other purposes to implement the project of Investment, construction and business of infrastructure of Hoa Tam Industrial Park - phase 1... and many other important contents.
At the meeting, delegates dismissed Mr. Tran Phu Hung, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council (due to job transfer) from the position of Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, term X, term 2021 - 2026; elected Mr. Tu Thai Giang, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Party Secretary, Chairman of the People's Council of Buon Ma Thuot ward, as Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, term X, term 2021 - 2026.

Speaking at the closing session, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Cao Thi Hoa An commented: There are only more than 3 months left until the end of 2025 - this is an important and final period to strive to complete the socio-economic development goals and targets set for 2025. There is not much time left, while the workload is very large, requiring high determination and synchronous and effective actions. The Provincial People's Council requested the Provincial People's Committee, all levels and sectors to "be determined to accelerate - act decisively - reach the finish line comprehensively" the development goals and targets for 2025.
