VOV.VN - Football news October 17, recently another Brazilian foreign player has applied for Vietnamese citizenship, as the Vietnam Football Federation is gradually opening up on the issue of naturalization. Previously, Brazilian striker of Nam Dinh Club, Rafaelson, also officially obtained Vietnamese citizenship.
