More schools announce early admission applications from March 1-3

Vietnam Academy of Agriculture , Vietnam Women's Academy, University of Education, Thai Nguyen University have just announced regular university enrollment in 2024, all three schools have the same method of considering academic records.

Thai Nguyen University of Education uses 6 admission methods

In 2024, Thai Nguyen University of Education plans to enroll 1,160 students for 15 pedagogical majors (stable compared to last year) and 100 students for 2 non-pedagogical majors (an increase of 40 students).

Admission subjects are high school graduates and have good conduct in all 6 semesters of high school.

The school applies 6 admission methods including: direct admission; admission based on the results of the capacity assessment exam of Hanoi National University or Hanoi Pedagogical University; review of academic records; admission based on high school transcripts combined with aptitude test; admission based on the results of the national high school exam combined with aptitude test.

Last year, the admission score to Thai Nguyen University of Education based on high school graduation exam scores ranged from 21.7 to 28 points.

Of which, history pedagogy has the highest standard score of 28 points, followed by literature pedagogy with 26.85 points, geography pedagogy with 26.73 points. The major with the lowest standard score is information technology pedagogy with 21.7 points.

Many conditions when considering transcripts

According to the announcement of the Vietnam Academy of Agriculture , this year the academy plans to recruit 5,991 students for 17 majors, an increase of more than 130 students compared to last year.

Of which, the business administration, commerce and tourism group recruited 1,670 students, followed by information technology and digital (recruiting 640 students), economics and management (recruiting 511 students).

Vietnam Academy of Agriculture applies 4 admission methods, including: direct admission and priority admission; considering high school graduation exam scores; considering academic records; and combined admission.

As for the method of considering academic records, the academy considers candidates who score 21 - 24 points in a combination of three subjects based on the results of grade 11 (for candidates in the first round of admission) or grade 12 (for candidates in the second round of admission).

For the technology pedagogy group, candidates must have a 12th grade academic performance of good or higher, or a high school graduation score of 8.0 or higher.

The Academy will accept applications for the first round of high school transcripts from March 1 to May 10, and for the second round from May 15 to June 20. Results will be announced no later than May 15 and June 28.

Groups of majors/majors and admission combinations in 2024 of Vietnam Academy of Agriculture

Vietnam Women's Academy has just announced this year's enrollment information. The school plans to enroll 1,590 students for 11 training majors, an increase of one major compared to last year.

Accordingly, from this year, Vietnam Women's Academy plans to open a digital economy major with two majors: economics and digital business, finance and technology, with a total enrollment of 60 students.

Vietnam Women's Academy maintains 5 stable admission methods, including direct admission according to regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training; considering high school graduation exam scores; considering academic records; admission combining international English certificates with high school graduation exam scores; admission combining international English certificates with academic records.

The Academy will review the transcripts of candidates graduating from high school in 2023 and 2024. Candidates must achieve 19 points or more, calculated based on the average score of 5 high school semesters (excluding semester II of grade 12) of three subjects in the admission group. For the information technology industry, there is a separate requirement for math scores, with a minimum of 7 points.

With two methods of using international language certificates, candidates need to have an IELTS certificate of 5.0, TOEFL ITP 500, TOEFL iBT 55, TOEIC 550 points or higher.

Vietnam Women's Academy opens the first round of early admission from March 1 to March 31, applying three methods without using graduation exam scores, with 50% of the target. The second round of admission will be announced later.

In 2024, the school's tuition fee is expected to be 373,000 - 458,000 VND/credit, full-time university system, increasing no more than 15% each year. The business administration program with training in English and international cooperation is expected to have a tuition fee of 892,000 VND/credit.
